“I’ve owned my own business for more than 30 years. I spent four years, between 1998 and 2002 as a broker, and I realized firsthand that the so-called experts didn’t know any more than anyone else. I specialize in fixed indexed annuities, which are contracts directly between clients and an insurance company. FIAs give my clients a principal guarantee, allowing them to participate in market gains when the stock market is up, but lock in and not lose money when the market drops. I’m not trying to manage all of their money, just the part they want to be safe.”
“What I enjoy most about helping clients is the satisfaction of knowing that regardless of what the stock market is doing, their principal is protected,” Keith says.
